In 2019, the 3rd Vietnam Motorcycle Show – Vietnam Motorcycle Show 2019 (VCMS 2019) is going to return with the gathering of big brands, including Honda, Yamaha, Piaggio, Suzuki, SYM, and many genuine motorcycle importers, as well as supporting industry, spare-parts, accessories and related partners. This is a key activity that is organized by the Vietnam Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (VAMM) with the hope to bring excellent experiences to customers and to contribute to the development of Vietnam domestic motorcycle industry. To complete this mission, VAMM would sincerely send the Bidding Announcement to professional and experiences event organizers/agencies to cooperate in planning and implementing a successful VMCS 2019.
First organized in 2016, VMCS had quickly become an attractive event that drew the visit of 110.000 visitors to see more than 100 motorcycle models that were displayed in the total area of 9.500 m2 in 4 days. In 2017, this event kept on displaying variety of motorcycle models from big brands, as well as drew the visit of 156.000 visitors in the area of 11.800 m2 of Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).
Continuing the success of the two previous shows, VMCS is going to return the 3rd time in 2019, expecting to provide an open area for motorcycle brands to bring to the customers superior models and advancing technologies. From then on, we can create experiences that surpass customers’ expectations to win over their hearts, as well as maintaining the growth rate and contributing the development of Vietnam motorcycle market.
VMCS 2019 is scheduled to organize from 9:00 to 20:00 for 4 exhibition days (from Thursday to Sunday), which does not include 2.5 days for setting-up and moving-in and 0.5 day for dismantling and moving-out in May, 2019, at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City with the total area for booths and activities will fill all A1 and A2 halls of the exhibition house, as well as the outdoor area of SECC.

Confirmation time to participate: Bidder have to send the Application Letter for Bidding according to the sample of VAMM (download here) to VAMM office before May 3rd, 2018. The deadline for bidding proposal is 16h30, May 18th, 2018 at VAMM office.
VAMM will organize the Bid Opening event for all participated bidders to present the proposal at 9h00, May 22nd, 2018 at Intercontinental Hanoi Hotel, 5 Tu Hoa Street, Quang An ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi.
Selected bidder announcement time is expected to be on June 18th, 2018
